Different Class Types

Lift & Learn

*Beginner Class

This class uses heavier dumbbells, slower movements, and focuses on Strength training, breathing and form technique to help you build strength from the inside out. New to lifint? This class will teach you the basics.

Equipment Needed: 1 set of 5, 8, 10lb, or 12lb dumbbells (depending on experience level)

Box & Lift

*Intermediate

This is a more advanced class. That combines boxing with dumbbells and lifting to create a HIIT workout guaranteed to burn calories and build strength.

Equipment Needed: 1 set of 3lb dumbbells.
1 set of 8, 10lb, or 12lb dumbbells (depending on experience level)

Learn to Box

*Beginner Class

Want to get into boxing, but not sure where to start? This shadowboxing & dumbbell boxing class is just for you. I will teach you all the punches and basics, so you can learn to box with confidence while getting a full-body workout and training like a boxer.

Optional Equipment: 2 or 3lb dumbbells

Feel the Burn

*Intermediate
This class combines cardio, pur barre and low-impact repetitive movements to get you breaking a sweat. With an emphasis on core and full body.

Equipment Needed: 2 or 3lb dumbbells.
Optional Equipment: Ankle weights and resistance bands
