Hi! I’m Brandi.
A boxing instructor, fitness coach, and mom on a mission to help women feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.
Through my online coaching programs and blog, Fuel Good Feel Good, I teach women how to nourish their bodies, rebuild their energy, and create lasting change—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But this mission didn’t start in a gym. It started when I hit a wall in my own health journey.
The Wake-Up Call
For years, I thought I was doing everything right. I counted calories, followed doctor’s orders, took my meds, exercised daily, and filled my plate with colorful fruits and veggies. But beneath it all—I was struggling.
I was battling depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, fatigue, brain fog, and gut issues that left me feeling lost inside my own body. My daughter was struggling with her weight too, and that broke me. Despite my best efforts, we were both unwell—and I couldn’t accept that as our “normal.”
So I made a choice. To stop settling. To question everything I’d been taught about “health.” And to take my healing into my own hands.
That decision changed everything.
Through years of research, experimentation, and deep self-work, I discovered what it truly means to fuel good to feel good.
I learned that real, nutrient-dense food—not pills or quick fixes—is the foundation of both mental and physical health. I learned how sleep, movement, stress management, and community all play a role in how we show up in our bodies and our lives.
I traded convenience for consciousness. I rebuilt my relationship with food, my body, and my mind.
Today, I’m medication-free, stronger than ever, and more mentally stable than I’ve ever been.
Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same.

a little more about me.
I’ve always believed that just like a car, our bodies need the right fuel to function properly, thrive, and allow us to be our best selves. What we consume—both on our plate and in our mind—is the fuel that determines how far and how well we run.
I’m extremely passionate about nutrition, health, helping others, and leading by example. I’m also passionate about being a great mom, a great friend, a great girlfriend—a great human.
I currently coach boxing part-time at Title Boxing Club - Evanston, IL.
I enjoy cooking, traveling, the beach, snowboarding, boxing, snorkeling, music, and spending time with my loved ones.
Currently living in Chicago. Born and raised in Pittsburgh. Plotting my move to the coast of southern California.
I make a living as a user experience designer. I’ve been designing websites and visual content for over a decade. UX combines my creative skills, my empathetic nature, and my fascination with psychology. I couldn't be happier with my career path, but I’m looking into becoming a certified health coach as an additional path because it pains me to see so many people struggling with health conditions that are largely avoidable. I want to be part of a larger movement and educate people about the power of nutrition.
Honesty, integrity, and empathy hold immense significance in both my personal and professional life. I always strive to do what is right and be honest.
